Cheryl Walter, vocal Cheryl Walter Montana native Cheryl Walter has been singing since ever she can remember. She sang in jazz choir, mixed choir and a few high-school barbershop quartets. Her two minutes of near fame came while lip-syncing on stage at the Kennedy Center with a mixed military choir during the "Farewell to the Reagans" celebration while she was serving in the U.S. Coast Guard.

Cheryl has taken vocal lessons from R&B/rock musician Lisa Marshall and a student workshop from jazz diva Greta Matassa. Cheryl knocked everyone’s socks off at her “final exam” when she sang at Tula’s Nightclub in Seattle.
Clifford Dibble, guitar Clifford Dibble Los Angeles native Clifford Dibble first discovered jazz guitar while taking a weekend clinic from the legendary Howard Roberts back in the late 1970s.

More recently, Clifford has studied with Peter Caruso, Jay Roberts, and Don Mock. He’s taken master clinics with Gene Bertoncini, John Stowell, and Jack Wilkins.

Clifford is an active member of the Seattle Jazz Guitar Society.
Philippe Joubert, bass Philippe Joubert A native of France, Philippe Joubert got into playing an instrument at a later age. A friend owed him some money and gave him a cheap Gibson EB3 copy instead. After some incursions into rock and heavy metal, Philippe got introduced to jazz by accident. After buying an upright bass on impulse he had to find the music to match. Philippe played jazz and chanson française for years in clubs before moving to the US in 1998. Since then, Philippe has played in Boston, New York City, and Seattle in various jazz and rock ensembles.
Rossen Atanassov, drums Rossen Atanassov Rossen Atanassov was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. After finishing high school with studies in classical music he was accepted to the Music Academy of Sofia. There he studied drum set and percussion under some of Bulgaria’s finest drummers. His passion for jazz music soon moved him to Boston, MA where he received a scholarship to study at Berklee Collage of Music. While in Boston he studied under John Ramsay and Ian Froman, further developing his proficiency in jazz drumming. Since moving to the United States, Rossen has performed with world renowned musicians such as Dave Samuels and George Garzone.
Saul Candib, keyboards Saul Candib New York City native Saul Candib started studying piano at age 6 and jazz piano in the ‘70s, studying with John Lampkin. He subsequently studied with John Esposito and Ray Rettig. More recently, he studied with local pianists John Hansen and Randy Halberstadt.

Saul has played with several local groups, including Ba Ba Rhum, The Dissonance, the Pacific Cascade Big Band, and the Microsoft Jazz Band.
